Once you register to attend ACA_gh2019 Curriculum Conference, you will need to find out if you need a visa to enter Ghana. If you do not need a visa to enter Ghana, you may still need to meet some specific requirements. If you do need a visa, find out how to apply.

Visa Letter Information
To facilitate the process for the acquisition of visa and other travelling documents by registered participants for ACA_gh2019, the Organisers will provide invitation letters to all conference registrants.
International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. Please be aware that visa processing times can take up to 12 weeks.

- Name as it appears on your passport
- Date of birth (e.g. August 11, 1994)
- Current postal mailing address
- Current telephone number
- The purpose of the trip
- How long you are intending to stay in Ghana
- Details on accommodation and living
- The date you intend to leave
Please note Visa Support Letters are issued via email by PDF approximately 5days after the information is sent.
